Dopis od RoseTak nám po dlouhé době přišel dopis od naší Rose.

DEVELOPMENT TRUST P.O box 12629 Kampala 17.9.2007 Dear uncle (RS NOCON), how are you over there? How are the people you stay with? I hope you are all fine. Back to my side, I am fine. My lovely uncle, thank you for choosing me among the many needy children in Uganda. Thank you for loving me. My lovely uncle. If it had not been you I would not be in school by now. I promise to work hard. At school we study mainly four subjects - Mathematics, Social studies and English and I love Mathematics as my best subject. At home we eat pasho, sweet potatoes, ?cassano? and matooke and I love matooke most. I once again thank you for choosing me. Your daughter Namusoke Rose Pozn.: "Matooke" je druh banánů, který se pěstuje na plantážích v Ugandě. "Pasho" netuším - a u slova "cassano" si nejsem jistá, že jsem ho přečetla správně.
